Gracious! Nearly a year since you have heard any words from my mouth! Poke around the site and indulge yourself in seeing what I've put up (or haven't... Over break I'll probably put pictures up...). Congrats to Ultimate Frisbee for winning their first game ever against Cary High last Friday. Congrats to the swim team for beating Cape Fear, and to Charles for swimming really fast.

              Um... new things going on in my life. Senior year is cool, although senioritis is a force to be contended with. I'm student director of pep band, which is kind of cool. I'm reading the bassoon part on alto sax in orchestra, and All District Auditions are less than a month away.

              Homecoming week is here, and today was Decade Day which meant "dress like pirates." Tomorrow is also pirate day, and so are the three days next week :-) Wednesday is a half day, so we're seeing Sponge Bob Square Pants (I have a Sponge Bob watch!) once we are released. Then break starts. Yay!

              My laptop died on Monday, which kind of sucks. It won't turn back on. We got stuff off the hard drive, so now I feel like a refugee on this machine until I get a new one.

              College Apps are almost done :-) All I have left at this point: editing two UVA mini essays; writing a paragraph for GW's honor's program about who I would invite to dinner and why. I really hate that type of question, because it raises somebody or some people above everyone else, and really limits your scope. Click here to read what I've written!

              Been a while since I've updated this page, but I've added a few things on the site. Things have changed in life, as always. I'm now going out with Charles, who is really cool, and I recently discovered that my mother has been to this webpage. Blah. Um, I'm supposed to be reading history, huge test on Wednesday, but I'm almost done with what we have to read and I've read a lot today so I don't think I'm going to read much more of it right now. I updated the signs you go to Cary Academy page, and I put my Transcendentalism Essay up here too, which I really like. Districts was last Saturday and I didn't make it, but my teacher says that the judges were weird, and I really don't care. I was upset because I thought my score would be higher than it was, but I think I'm glad that I'm not going. Yesterday afternoon I hung out with Andrea and Charles. :-D Charles is so much fun, he totally rocks and he never wears pants, but he said he'll wear pants to prom, but he also said that he's going to wear this really horrible awful bright pink suit that this talk show host dude was wearing in Lost in Translation, which we saw last Monday.
